U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board (UPSESSB) has announced results of TGT written Test advertise no. 1 of 2010.
UPMSSCB TGT Results are available for T.G.T. English, T.G.T. Hindi, T.G.T. Math, T.G.T. Sanskrit, T.G.T. Science and T.G.T. Urdu.

Before independence, the appointment of teachers in secondary institutions recognized by the Board of High School and Intermediate Education was governed by the Intermediate Education Act, 1921 and regulations made thereunder. It was felt that the selection of teachers under the provisions of the said Act and the regulations were not speculated to be free and fair. Besides, the field of selection was also very much limited and some rigid procedures were followed. This adversely affected the availability of suitable teachers and the standard of education.
