A Bollywood film on the life of Congress president Sonia Gandhi will soon be released. The Censor Board of FilmCertification has cleared the film with minor cust. For producer thakur Dinesh Kumar, the celarance marks the end of athree-year struggle. He palns to release the film on November 14.Vinayak Azad, regional officer of CBFC, said, The Film came to us in December 2005 but we had asked him to get an NOC from Gandhi.But Thakur Moved the Bombay HC challenging it. The court ruled that as per the Cinematograph Act, there is no such precondition.After that, we withdrew the letter issued to him with only an instruction to change afew dialogues in the film.
