As the Olympics are getting underway in communist China, folks are already talking about Olympic fever heading back to Western lands where London will play summer host in the 2012 Olympics.
The city of London is pretty excited, and according to several reports, is planning to spend over $16 billion in preparation for the 2012 summer Olympics games. That translates to up 23.45 Euros with current rates of currency.

London 2012 has today issued a tribute to the highly respected former Reuters Sports Editor and IOC and London 2012 press operations adviser.
London will become the first city to host the modern Olympic Games three times, having previously done so in 1908 and in 1948.
