She will make her debut in director Soham Shah's Luck which also stars Sanjay Dutt, Imran Khan and Danny Denzongpa and will be produced by Dhilin Mehta. Soham of cource, is maha thrilled at launching this newcomer. "We wanted a fresh face for this role, some one who could match up to Imran's innocence and Sanjay's action image," says Soham. Luck is an Shruti will get ample opportunity to showcase her talent. "usually, newcomers get to do romantic roles for their debut films but Shruti will get to do action as well"
